Refunds, Credits, and Exchanges

Refunds, Credits, and Exchanges As detailed in this section and the preceding section on Canceled, Postponed, Rescheduled, and Moved Events, refunds are not available for all sales. Review your event and seat selection carefully before purchasing tickets. We are generally not permitted to issue refunds or exchanges for lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets in accordance with Event Organizers' policies. As a result, tickets that are lost, stolen, or damaged cannot be replaced.

Refunds.

We will refund the ticket price you paid (or, in the case of a discounted ticket, the discounted ticket price paid), any service fees, and any additional add-ons or upgrades (like parking), if your event qualifies for refunds and the Event Organizer has received funds. There will never be a refund for expedited shipping, merchandise purchases, Fan Club membership fees, or any other amounts. The original method of payment used at the time of purchase will be used to process any refund. We are unable to issue a refund to a different credit or debit card (including self-service refund requests). If your credit or debit card number has changed but still applies to the same account—for instance, if a new card has been issued for the same account—the refund will be sent to that account.

Please get in touch with the insurance provider for refunds on ticket insurance. Please be aware that seating maps represent the layout of a venue; However, they are subject to change at any time, and refunds are not permitted in the event that the seating map is updated, additional seats or rows are added, or seats change as a result of a venue change after purchase. After the original on-sale date, we may occasionally offer tickets at a discount, but we will not refund the difference between the original price and the sale price. Digital downloads and hotel/festival packages cannot be exchanged or refunded in any way.

Ticketrent reserves the right to hold any and all refunds for any accounts with outstanding balances until there are no more outstanding balances on those accounts. Thank you. For events that have been moved, rescheduled, canceled, or postponed, the Event Organizer may offer the option to request a credit; If this is the case, we will notify you, and you can request credit in your account. The Event Organizer provides the credits, not Ticketrent. During the time frame specified by the Event Organizer, credits may be applied toward the purchase of eligible event tickets and ancillary purchases (such as parking) at the same venue (or, in some instances, at one of a number of venues designated by the Event Organizer). Gift cards, resale tickets, third-party tickets, ticket insurance, and credit cannot be used. The credit amount (including any potential promotional amount) and the future events, venues, and ancillary purchases that are eligible will be determined by the Event Organizer. The credit will always include fees and taxes, as well as at least one hundred percent of the cost of the original tickets. The credit amount will not include any additional upgrades or add-ons that were included in your initial purchase (like parking), which will be refunded to your initial method of payment. We will send you a credit code that you can use for eligible purchases and instructions on how to redeem that credit after you have requested credit and verified that your order qualifies. Please keep in mind that credits typically have a time limit and must be utilized prior to that time. The date that your credit will run out will be included in the email that you received with your credit code; The expiration date can also be found in your online account under "Gift Cards & Codes."

Credits cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash, and they cannot be combined with other promotions. Credits can't be applied to orders you've already placed and can't be used to buy tickets to the same event as the ones you bought with the credit in the first place. Please be aware that you cannot receive a partial refund if the Event Organizer gives you the option of a credit or a refund; Any choice you make—refund or credit—will affect your entire order and cannot be split between the two options. Once made, any and all requests for credit or a refund are final and cannot be changed. Please refer to the Terms Regarding Certain Canceled, Rescheduled, and Postponed Events (COVID-19) for additional information regarding refunds or credits for events that were canceled, postponed, rescheduled, or moved as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Exchanges Certain tickets can be exchanged for tickets from us at a lower or higher price for many events. There may be an exchange fee per ticket. There are no exchanges for ( a) tickets purchased through resale; b) VIP and other premium tickets; c) tickets purchased in conjunction with other related items or bundles; or d) tickets for events that are less than 24 hours away. Merchandise. There will be no returns, exchanges, or credits for any merchandise purchased. All purchases are final.

Chargebacks and other restrictions on refunds You agree that you will not attempt to circumvent any restrictions on refunds for tickets you have purchased in any way. You will not contact us for a refund or exchange if the Event Organizer prohibits us from doing so, and you will not dispute or otherwise seek a "chargeback" from the company whose credit card or other method of payment you used to purchase tickets from the Site. Both of these statements are intended to be construed broadly. Your tickets will be canceled right away if you do this, and we have the right to refuse to honor any and all pending or future ticket purchases made from credit card accounts or online accounts on which chargebacks have been made. We also have the right to prohibit future purchases from all individuals whose names are on the credit card accounts, as well as from anyone who accesses any associated online account or credit card or otherwise violates this provision from using the Site. Regarding resale tickets purchased from TicketExchangebyTicketrent.com, a special note: Once a request is submitted to us, there are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations, with the exception of events that have been canceled (as described above in Canceled, Postponed, Rescheduled, and Moved Events). We attempt to secure and acquire those tickets for you from a ticket seller when you submit your ticket request on TicketExchangebyTicketrent.com but are unable to recover our costs, which is why this policy is in place. To clarify: Even though you may not have received the tickets you requested, if we sent you an Order Confirmation email for your TicketExchange purchase, we have already committed to acquiring and securing those tickets for you. Please only order tickets if you are absolutely sure you want them.
